Registered Nurse - Women's Health Care Manager

Major duties include, but are not limited to: Provide competent, evidence-based Women's Health care to assigned patients. Oversee licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants in the clinic setting. Identify healthcare interventions and actions to support patients' long-range goals. Assist providers with routine gynecology procedures. Participate in quality improvement activities for gynecology services. Assist in directing nursing education, orientation, and competency processes. Contribute to quality improvement and outcomes utilization efforts. Direct other providers within scope of Women's Health practice. Partner with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care. Integrate theoretical concepts, critical thinking, and technical skills in Women's Health situations.
