SUPV CONTRACT SPEC

You will have authority for all contractual actions during the planning and execution phases of the contract and is involved in work that covers a range of contract specializations such as negotiation, cost and price analysis, and administration. You will receive and administer new contract awards, modifications, and administrative changes. You will research, draft and execute unilateral and bilateral modifications to contract terms and conditions (SF30s) for all required contractual actions. You will perform periodic reconciliation at the overall contract level with regard to contract price, target price or estimated cost plus fixed fee. Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
