The Senior Director, Strategic RGM is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining the roadmap for commercial success. As the organization's most strategic business planning position, this individual integrates consumer, shopper, category, brand, and channel perspectives to set the direction for multi-year strategies and operational execution. By aligning pricing, trade investment, and performance management, the Senior Director drives sustainable growth and balanced long-term value. Key Responsibilities Long-Range Planning Lead the development of long-term plans by integrating trend insights with top-down volume, revenue, and profit targets for the U.S. and Canada Warehouse Route-to-Market. Define financial and business targets for a three-year period, leveraging input from cross-functional teams, including Brand, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
