Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

The X-ray Supervisor serves as the first-line supervisor for a team of Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists (DRTs) and support staff at the GS-9 level and below within the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, encompassing the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center and four Primary Care Clinics. Duties: Major duties includes but not limited too: Ability to analyze organizational, technical, and administrative problems and to develop and implement solutions that result in efficient section operation. Ability to evaluate quality management procedures and processes. Ability to analyze and use data effectively to manage workload, quality, performance, and productivity. Skill in developing new policies and guidelines as needed. Skill in problem solving and conflict resolution.
