About the role
The Detailee of this position reports directly to the OMB Human Capital Director and senior leadership on OMB's organizational matters impacting its executive staff members. The incumbent will provide program direction in all aspects of Executive Resources as well as human capital management, including reviewing and recommending organization alternatives to enhance OMB's performance in the crucial area of human capital management. As a Human Capital Specialist (Executive Resources) (Detail), GS-0301-14, your typical work assignments may include the following: Oversees the merit staffing processes for all career SES recruitment to include developing position descriptions, crediting plans, vacancy announcements, convening rating and ranking panels, facilitating interviews, and final referral of candidates to the hiring manager.
