The Field Operations Directorate was established to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Western Region Office, Central Region Office, Northeast Region Office, Southeast Region Office, the National Benefits Center, the Immigrant Investor Program Office, 16 District Offices and 89 Field Offices located throughout the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
