SUPERVISORY IMMIGRATION OFFICER

Manages and employs a variety of resources and procedures to train FDNS personnel to identify and detect immigration benefit fraud, national security concerns, and public safety threats. Performs administrative and management functions, such as overseeing and directing subordinates, developing work plans, providing advice to and counseling personnel, providing periodic evaluations of employee performance, and preparing reports. Plans, organizes, and manages the daily operations and activities of an assigned branch within the FDNS Training Academy, including oversight of staff, instructors, and assigned resources. Liaises with law enforcement, training liaisons, internal and external stakeholders, and other government officials. Coordinates and manages the execution of both short- and long-term projects, supporting the integration of training initiatives with broader FDNS objectives.
