Program Manager

Duties typically include strategic planning, communicating the organization's vision and objectives, setting priorities, assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring and evaluating performance of organizational units, coaching and developing staff and organizational capabilities, approving leave, and taking, recommending or approving corrective/disciplinary action, as appropriate. Integrates work of multiple organizations to meet strategic goals of the organization and the FAA, participates in strategic planning for the FAA, and makes commitments (program, budget, etc) for a major organization.
