Civil Engineer/Agricultural Engineer

Provides engineering leadership across a diverse geographic area and coordinates with state and federal partners Conducts quality assurance reviews of engineering work performed by staff with lower Job Approval Authority. Evaluates effectiveness of engineering practices and contributes to revisions of technical documents Serves as or directs the Contracting Officer’s Representative for construction contracts Improves work processes and promotes team collaboration.
