Zoox has embarked on a highly ambitious journey to develop an autonomous mobility solution built from the ground up. As our Vehicle Operations team develops and scales, so do the challenges of understanding operational data, ensuring effective communication between development and operations, and informing key decisions to scale the organization successfully. In this role, you will lead the team of Zoox Vehicle Operators who operate our L3 test vehicles. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of vehicle operators to ensure they understand and execute short-term and long-term targets. You will lead a team of field experts on tools, features, and functions related to Vehicle Operator workflows, coordinating and streamlining processes that support Vehicle Operations at Zoox.
