Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

Provides support to the Branch Chief in daily operations within the component by coordinating, researching, and conducting projects, and reporting statuses as appropriate. Oversees a team of specialists responsible for analyzing, designing, and executing tasks to assess data across all aspects of HRIT program operations within USCIS and DHS. Coordinates with other supervisors and peers to establish team objectives, goals, priorities, and deadlines, and to formulate plans to meet changes in workload. Makes decisions and resolves problems requiring interpretation and application of DHS and USCIS policy.
