About the role
You will translate strategic and operational planning guidance into long-term strategic-level theater counternarcotic and counter threat networks campaign or plan. You will develop and articulate task force plans that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. You will attend/support Indo-Pacific Command and DoD-wide Joint planning groups to influence national and theater strategy, plans and policy. You will manage staff processes and products in support of future year execution. You will serve as a teacher, trainer, mentor to teach newly-join planners and other staff members in the joint planning process and develop a planner education syllabus. You will coordinate the efforts of multiple other persons including military officers and enlisted from all services , other civilian employees, and contractors in order to achieve organizational objectives.
