SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will provide the overall security support to the command’s Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). You will conduct monthly and annual SCIF security inspections. You will coordinate with the Activity Security Manager to ensure the Intrusion Detection System and the Electronic Access Control System are in proper working order. You will develop and submit Construction Security Plans (CSPs) or Modification Security Plans (MSPs) along with the associated Security Risk Assessments to the Activity Security Manager. You will maintain all associated documentation and drawings to maintain the SCIF Accreditation and Tempest Approvals from the Regional Special Security Office and Special Security Office Navy. You will be responsible for the review, edits and submission of the security portion of contract proposals through the Department of the Navy (DON) Intelligence Related Contract Coordination Office (IRCCO).
