About the role
Perform lead duties by coaching, facilitating, and mentoring the team; communicate strategic plans, articulates assignments, and provide advice on problem-solving methods. Provide operational oversight of the budget, establishes policies for billings, and develop documentation to support resource requests and reprogramming submissions. Serve as the primary resource manager for Human Capital Management, including recruitment, classification, training, and employee relations; analyzes and disseminates management information and statistics. Maintain operational awareness of Interdepartmental Service Agreements (ISA), negotiate changes in services, and may serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for service contracts. Analyze data pertaining to various programs (e.g., Suggestion, Demilitarization, Public Affairs, and Quality of Lift Program) and manages and monitors the Resolution Listing.
