SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER / ARCHITECT

You will evaluate workload, critical project priorities, and deadlines to schedule and assign the work. You will serve as a principle professional and technical advisor for facilities engineering services and management. You will analyze the production and validate metrics based on actual production and associated expenses. You will review concept designs and develop program requirements in support of both full designs of Design Bid Build and Design Build Request for Proposal. You will ensure all facilities engineering services are effective, efficient, and accomplished within performance criteria. You will capture lessons learned and develop process improvements. You will track Design-In-Place accrual and Budget Allocation expenditures compared to projections to ensure the appropriate acquisition strategies are being met.
