Supervisory Physical Therapist

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Provides direct supervision, leadership, and administrative oversight for physical therapy and occupational therapy staff within Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy Services. Coordinates day-to-day clinical and operational workflow, including staff assignments, workload management, clinical coverage, and weekend care oversight. Ensures proper coordination of therapy care delivery across multiple disciplines, sections, and clinical settings to support quality Veteran health care. Applies evidence-based practices, clinical practice guidelines, and rehabilitation knowledge to guide therapy services and support clinical decision-making.
