Social Services Assistant

All Grade levels MAY NOT be available at all locations. Assists in providing guidance and supervision to youth residents in daily living activities, treatment groups, and recreation under close supervision. Observes resident behaviors and reports findings to senior staff and treatment team members for evaluation. Learns to support residents in developing positive habits, personal hygiene, and social and coping skills. Helps maintain a safe, clean, and structured residential environment in accordance with facilities policies. Participates in culturally responsive treatment and prevention activities while learning program methods and procedures.
