ENGINEER

You will lead and manage Integrated Product Team (IPT) projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance expectations are met. You will oversee program and systems development, integrating research and technology initiatives. You will ensure project requirements satisfy Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) customers with accurate evaluations. You will manage engineering integration, sustainment, and resolution of complex technical problems. You will handle high-level stakeholder requirements, resolve significant issues, and coordinate project management plans. You will be responsible for meeting the cost, schedule, and performance expectations for new construction submarine and submarine modernization projects. You will direct, plan, execute, and oversee the success of the program/systems development, production, and sustainment.
