Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will: Lead the design and implementation of advanced data products, databases, and analytical tools to support oversight and management of EEO programs. Develop and deliver complex data solutions using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and other data visualizations tools to provide real-time visibility into program performance, identify trends and emerging issues, and strengthen accountability. Collect, integrate and reconcile data from multiple internal and external sources to produce accurate and timely datasets that support comprehensive tracking, analysis, and reporting of EEO program activities. Validate data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability. Lead comprehensive enterprise-wide analysis of complex EEO program data spanning multiple programs, reporting systems, and data sources.
