MANAGEMENT ANALYST (READY RELEVANT LEARNING (RRL) LIASION)

You will serve as one of four Navy Reserve Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Selected Reserve (SELRES) Rate Managers, and report directly to the RRL Program Manager. You will coordinate aspects of the RRL program’s Production Line of Effort. You will develop and refine instructional elements. You will coordinate additional Navy Reserve Force subject matter expert participation in Type Command (TYCOM)-sponsored RRL rating development workshops. You will maintain a tracking system for all SELRES Sailors requiring RRL training in any rates in the position’s designated rating management group. You will coordinate with N7 Quota Control personnel to secure RRL training quotas as needed for RRL Sailors. You will coordinate and communicate sustainment aspects of the RRL program to RESFOR staff manpower, personnel and training managers and other staff members.
