Operations Manager (Golf)

Supervises the daily operations of the pro shop and outside support operations (i.e. club storage, carts, starters/monitors and driving range operations) with direct supervision over the pro shop and cart barn staff. Assigns employees to specific duties consistent with workload and program requirements. Plans, organizes, schedules, and coordinates tournaments and/or events; arranges supplies and support services for functions to include registration, scoring and range and cart set up for tournaments. Processes daily reports, timecards and payroll and performs other clerical support functions, as required. Ensures adequate stock levels are maintained at all times and display and pricing are IAW established procedures. Resolves complaints promptly and fairly. Provides information to patrons to ensure operational and safety requirements are followed. exercises full supervisory duties to include staffing, training, supervision, and performance management.
