The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. Performs extensive research and conducts program analyses to determine mission/program effectiveness, identify issues and program impediments and establish courses of action necessary to enhance program effectiveness. Develops and researches potential program revisions and solicits input from the HCO and other senior officials within the Service. Analyzes and identifies the ramifications of new initiatives and, when applicable, coordinates initiatives with the appropriate stakeholders.
