Management Analyst

Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Provides qualitative and quantitative assessments of the wide range of Division operations. Strategic planning, assisting in the implementation of revised organizational structures, and designing. Conducting studies of various complex processes, including employee utilization, resource allocation, and delegations of authority. Tracks progress toward goals and facilitates work or program reviews to improve division results. Supports management on significant issues such as policies, goals & objectives, internal controls, and preparation of priority reports to the Director, VACO, and OFO. Prepares memorandums, letters, bulletins, and other written communication for leadership. Assist or perform evaluations of the processes of various systematic analyses of operations to determine the level of quality & management factors of all program areas. Maintain various administrative controls to keep leadership informed in all applicable areas of res
