Team Lead IT Operations & Maintenance

As a Team Lead IT Operations & Maintenance, you will: Report team issues or concerns to the supervisor, and assist in direction, or redirection of team priorities. Serve as Team Lead and a senior IT engineer for agency's Windows network which includes, but not limited to, management of Active Directory, GPO, servers, data backup and systems' access programs, the email system and account management. Additionally, serves as Team Lead for the network operation including monitoring and O&M functions for network devices. Keep current on the latest developments in the field and may attend vendor sponsored training on new IT Infrastructure tools and systems deployed by the agency. Technically leads the team for providing IT O&M functions including, but not limited to, system administration, server and network monitoring and security vulnerability mitigation. As Team Lead, he/she acts as an advisor in projects to ensure that new systems will not introduce adverse effect to the existing product
