Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following house recipes and quality standards. Handle, warm up, and serve pastries and light food items according to food safety protocols. Keep the service areas, and guest seating clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift. Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to ensure longevity and flavor quality. Monitor inventory levels and restock milk, beans, and paper goods as needed Other duties may include: Prepares coffee and tea beverages, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable salads, and box lunches.
