About the role
You will be accountable for the proper and efficient use of all assigned resources (personnel, funding, management analysis and equipment) to execute division and achieve division goals. You will develop and maintain current Division policy and regulatory guidance for accomplishing mission essential responsibilities in a cost effective and timely manner while maintaining the highest level of repair and technical standards. You will participate in long-range strategic plan development for the SERMC by positioning the Division to meet the ever- changing maintenance needs of the fleet while supporting the SERMC strategic planning process. You will provide emphasis to managers of daily workload priorities and their impact to long-range schedules while reviewing Division staffing requirements and make recommendations for military and civilian position changes.
