About the role

You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for synchronization of NECF Force Generation (Fg) and Force Development (Fd) program execution. You will have direct involvement with NECC commands at the end of the basic phase of the OFRTP to ensure a successful transition to the advanced/integrated training phase. You will direct training and exercise program for NECC subordinate units in order to ensure these units deploy with up-to-date knowledge of current world state. You will develop, coordinate and maintain staff training instructions, policies and other measurement tools. You will perform quantitative analysis to determine current and projected wartime readiness of Command-and- Control Staffs and provides recommendations for improvement. You will develop and conduct remedial training of staffs as required.
