SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

You will have knowledge of advanced management principles to direct and supervise a diverse workforce that includes engineers, technicians, and contractors. You will serve as the recognized expert for Satellite Communications, with a thorough understanding of fleet maintenance, modernization regulations, and pertinent Navy and DOD technical and administrative policies. You will demonstrate expert skill in analyzing complex situations, developing recommendations, and creating detailed briefing reports. You will have practical skills to analyze performance, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions. You will have knowledge of audit methodologies and budget processes to manage mission financial controls.
