Plans and develops the original course content and training materials Researches, develops, evaluates, revises, and updates materials as the TEMPEST subject matter expert for complete courses in advanced technical engineering subjects Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities Develops and updates lesson plans for advanced TEMPEST testing courses in technical engineering level subjects Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of all TEMPEST courses, arranges and moderates seminars/conferences, participates in panel discussions and accomplishes special project
