Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Assistant Regional Director)

As a Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Assistant Regional Director), GS-0244-15, your typical work assignments may include: Exercising overall supervision of and coordinating, through Supervisory Attorneys and/or Supervisory Labor Relations Investigators, the investigation, analysis, taking into consideration the complexity of the case, priority handling required, workload of Board agents, and related factors, is responsible for ensuring that cases are processed expeditiously, that quality standards are uniformly maintained, and time targets are met or that there are valid reasons for any delays. Recommending to the Regional Director cases on which formal advice should be obtained from the Headquarters and directing the preparation of requests for advice which includes presentation of facts and issues, case analysis, and the Regional Office position.
