As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney), GS-0905-15, your typical work assignments may include: Communicating clearly and concisely to advise subordinates and answer questions involving interpretation of the NLRA, conducts settlement negotiations and advises staff on the totality of cases. Reviewing and answering questions related to the litigation, including trial preparation, subpoenas, pretrial briefs, trial work, post-hearing briefs, and legal motions Negotiating with parties in order to secure settlement agreements and making recommendations regarding the litigation before administrative law judges in unfair labor practice cases.
