Recreation Assistant (ITT Sales Clerk)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Incumbent assists patrons in organizing trips to tourist attractions and/or in the purchasing of tickets to a variety of tourist attractions, sporting events, concerts and other recreational activities. Incumbent may make reservations for patrons, i.e., hotel, and dinner show reservations. Provides up to date information to patrons over the telephone as well as face to face. Verifies patron eligibility for military discounts. Contacts various commercial activities and other agencies to obtain up to date information concerning pricing specials, discounts, availability and other pertin
