PROGRAM ANALYST

Provides substantive management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual and multi-year fiscal planning, development of annual and multi-year fiscal planning (e.g. Defense Planning Guidance (DPG), Planning, Programming, Budgeting Execution (PPBE) cycle, etc.), development of annual work plan(s), and/or commercial activity for organization(s) whose operations are interrelated and fairly stable. Formulates strategic plan to support the overall directorate strategic plan and to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. Plans, develops and conduct studies in developing directorate procedures, policies, and techniques. Participates in discussions, meetings, committees or special projects and presents briefings and prepares recommendations and reports. Conducts standard studies for issues or problems of a substantive nature.
