TRAINING SPECIALIST (TRAINING DEVELOPMENT)

Responsible for the design and development of training materials for relevant courses. Accountable for staff leadership, management, direction, coordination, and oversight and control of the training support programs within USSOUTHCOM. Provide policy and procedural guidance to USSOUTHCOM, Service Components, and other agencies in areas such as training support coordination, master scheduling, and training evaluation systems. Manage the design of training courses to include mandatory training sequence, course length, lesson outlines, learning objectives, and resource requirements. Develop unique training programs to fulfill personnel's specific needs to maintain or improve job skills and performance.
