Financial Analyst

Formulate integrated, multi-appropriation budget submissions (e.g., BES, PB) to align command resources with DoW and national strategic guidance. Produce comprehensive budget justification documentation (e.g., reclamas, exhibits) to secure funding and address Congressional and Joint Staff inquiries. Analyze emerging legislative and policy directives to forecast resource impacts and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Consolidate complex, command-wide budget inputs to evaluate operational trade-offs and produce balanced, multi-year funding plans. Execute advanced financial data analytics (e.g., data mining, trend analysis) to defend estimates and resolve systemic program vulnerabilities. Defend strategic, command-level budget positions during high-stakes reviews with OSW, Joint Staff, and Service Components.
