Aviation Support Specialist

As an Aviation Support Specialist, you will: Reviews aircrew record-keeping system standards and reports, provides Aviation Manager (AM) weekly helicopter reports. Maintains helicopter record-keeping system for flight operations that include Helicopter Daily Aircraft Flight Log (DAFL). Conducts monthly reviews with the Budget office for Aviation's monthly budget spend plan in line with current Aviation requirements and operational expenses. Enters weekly Maximo - Work Order Tracking for each flight hour flow by aircraft pulled from submitted DAFLs. Maintains statistical and financial reports reflecting historical trends in flight hours and monthly flight cost distribution for Federal Aviation Interacting Reporting System (FAIRS) quarterly reports. Primary aviation program government fleet card administrator ensuring purchases are in compliance with budget plans.
