Procurement Analyst

As a Procurement Analyst, you will: Be responsible for effective and efficient management of WAPA - wide acquisition programs such as the Government Purchase Card Organizational Program Coordinator, category management and strategic sourcing, contracting officer's warrant, contracting officer's representative, acquisition career management, small business, procurement systems, supply chain risk management, and other primary or alternate programs for effectiveness and legal compliance. Develop and/or provide interpretation and guidance to WAPA Procurement staff on procurement policies, practices, and procedures. Conduct independent reviews of headquarter and regional office's procurement actions to ensure compliance with all federal and agency laws, directives, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform local site reviews and coordinates for actions subject to and selected by DOE for business clearance. Provide review and coordination of procurement documents requiring a higher leve
