HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as Chief, Customer Support in administering all aspects of the section. DUTIES: 1. Plan, direct and control all aspects of the Force Management programs for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and unit reservists. Provide administrative control, management, development and advisory service for military awards and decorations. 2. Serve as advisor to commanders on unit Human Resources (Military) programs. Provide guidance and assistance on unit programs such as Unfavorable Information Files (UIF) and Active Duty sanctuary programs. 3. Provide Human Resources management (Military) advisory services to commanders and staff on all Force Management programs. 4. Conduct staff assistance visits and train personnel (ARTs, AGRs, traditional reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.) within the wing for Force Management programs for which they are responsible. 5.
