Senior Director, Process, Global Development & Innovation

Lead the Process Development & Pilot Plant network for our Global Development & Innovation function (GDI), reporting to President, GDI. This highly critical role is responsible for creating strategies and best practices for Process Technology Development & Pilot Plant operations globally. This role has direct resources accountability for the Atlanta-based process development team and a network integrator role across all GDI process engineering and pilot facilities of the Technical Centers network, i.e.: Atlanta,, Shanghai, Mexico, Japan, and Brussels. This role will build and lead the implementation of a fit-for-purpose Process Engineering capability present-forward and future-back strategy to ready the appropriate technologies which will enable optimized and competitively advantaged processes for TCCC. This role works in close partnership with Global and Local Category teams in the Innovation centers, Global Supply Chain, CPS, Bottlers, and Research-to-Experimentation.
