Supervisor Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) - NF-04

Oversee daily operations of the CHRA NAF Benefits Shared Services Team (B2ST). Administers and provides technical expertise for Army NAF employee benefits, includes health and life insurance, 401(k), FSA, benefits eligibility, retirement counseling. Exercises full supervisory responsibility for assigned staff, to include, recruits, selects, and staffs the team. Develops training and workforce plans to support mission execution, goals and specials events (open enrollment, in-processing). Analyzes trends, collaborates, communicates and facilitates effective working relationships with key stakeholders (CHRA NAF Field Operations, NAF Payroll, Army NAF Benefits Office, managers and employees).
