Supervisor Facilities and Realty Management

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Manages and leads an interdisciplinary team of professionals in real property operations and facility management, and project delivery. Develops, implements, and maintains the business management policies and procedures to effectively and efficiently facilitate the delivery of services to customers. Directs the management and tracking of all aspects of on-going facility management. Provides authoritative advice to the Chief, SFMS on team priorities, planning, analysis and management of initiatives and responsibilities. Plans and coordinates the development of facility management requirements of EOIR space in field and headquarters locations.
