Electronic Industrial Controls Mechanic

Duties include but are not limited to: Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, tuning, and repair of Building Automation Systems (BAS/Metasys), PLC based control panels, DDC systems, field controllers, HMl/graphics points, alarm/trend configurations, communications links, and device addressing for all CEP associated equipment including boilers, chillers, generators, cooling towers, pumps, and distribution systems. Monitors plant performance using BAS, local panels, and field rounds to identify abnormalities, initiate corrective actions, and ensure safe, continuous steam, chilled water, and power generation. Ensures all diagnostic findings, corrective actions, repairs, control adjustments, and operational interventions are accurately and promptly documented in the work order system to maintain complete, compliant, and auditable maintenance records.
