Program Analyst

Specific duties include: Serve as a Workload Manager performing portfolio, program, and project management/analysis tasks; assist Chief with keeping assigned activities on track. Serve as a Business Liaison coordinating with VBA business lines and staff/program offices to establish and develop Strategic/Tactical/Operational and short/long term plans for developing systems to support business processes and strategic drivers. Coordinate business Information Technology (IT) initiatives across VBA in concert with OI&T Conduct/participate in the conduct of comprehensive program studies related to VA benefits and services and making recommendations for program changes.
