Food Service Worker (Barista)

Operates off-site coffee operation. Prepares a limited variety of hot and cold beverages such as cappuccinos, brewed coffee, lattes, espresso, hot chocolate, frappes, etc. by selecting proper, pre-measured ingredients. Prepares and serves simple hot and cold menu items such as soda, juice, prepackaged pastries, bagels and muffins, prepackaged breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Receives payment, operates cash register, makes and returns change to patrons. Sets up work area for operation. Maintains work area in a neat and clean manner. Sets up/ cleans tables for customers and replenishes condiment items as necessary. Sets up and operates dishwashers, performs preventive maintenance and cleaning. Scrapes, soaks, scours glassware, dishes and utensils as required.
