Commissary Management Specialist (Area)

GS-1144-11 Target 12 Carry out analytical assignments pre-selected to combine performance of productive work with supervised on-the-job training in both the judgmental and methodological aspects of the program work. Presenting communication in written form and oral presentations, full range of duties and responsibilities in the target-grade position.
