Head of Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for a Head of Marketing to be the steward of our brand as we enter our next phase of growth. This is a brand-first leadership role — focused on how North Spore shows up in the world, how customers experience us, and how we deepen the love and loyalty that have made us the category leader. You'll lead brand, creative, content, community, and the campaign calendar that brings our products and promotions to life across every channel, partnering closely with the CEO, Director of Ecommerce, and the broader leadership team. As Head of Marketing, you'll set the creative and brand vision for North Spore and bring it to life across every customer touchpoint — from packaging and retail displays to organic social, YouTube, our website, and the experiences that turn first-time growers into lifelong mushroom enthusiasts.
