Lead Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard)

Remains alert and continuously observes swimming areas to ensure patron safety. Ensures all swimmers in the water area accounted for at all times. Enforces established policy and procedures specifically, swimming rules and regulations, informs patrons not obeying pool rules or regulations to leave the pool areas and notifies security if necessary. Conducts the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Conducts swim qualification tests for patrons as appropriate.
