Area Director Field Assistance

As the Area Director, Field Assistance, you will be responsible for providing executive leadership and direction in the design, development, and delivery of a customer-focused program related to managing cross-functional assistance, education, and increased compliance for the customer segment assigned, as well as management and effective allocation of resources to meet the goals of the division. The Area Director Field Assistance performs the following duties and responsibilities: Formulates short and long range program policies, strategies, and objectives for the Field Assistance Area. Designs and develops programs to solve complex customer demographic issues in order to ensure equity in delivery of taxpayer services. Provides executive leadership and direction through subordinate executives and managers that are geographically located nationwide. Delegates sufficient authority to su
