Human Resource Specialist

This Human Resource Specialist position is located at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) , Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to: Provides assistance to Senior HR Specialists, management and employees on personnel matters and develops internal procedures to assist with this effort. Uses established resources and procedures to research various HR related matters concerning performance evaluations, training, benefits, pay, leave, May serve as time and attendance (T&A) subject matter expert providing technical assistance to timekeepers regarding the operations of the timekeeping record system and the latest approved airport timekeeping system. As needed, investigates and resolves timekeeping problems associated with various and unrelated types of issues.
