Program Manager (Financial Management Group Team Manager)

The Program Manager serves as the Financial Management Group (FMG) Team Manager (TM) and applies a detailed knowledge of the technical aspects of budget formulation and execution to manage and integrate the work of several subordinate geographically dispersed sub-teams and subordinate team managers. Directs the team in analyzing, developing and evaluating complex budget formulation and execution programs that directly impact all Air Traffic Organization (ATO) services including Operations and Activity 5 appropriations, as well as budget requests for the Operations Review Board. The work activities directly impacts on the goals and objectives of the major subdivision, and the ATO, and often the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
